We do not take responsibility of sending the original documents via courier as it might get lost or damaged unless you take responsibility. You can sent a relative or friend to collect the same. 

• I am getting improper/ not good response from CRM team

• Can I delay registration of my flat due to xyz reasons ?

The timeline to complete the registration is within 30 days from the date of booking. However, early registration of the property shall allow the customers to choose the parking as per their choice.

The best solution is to make a Power of Attorney with a friend or relative who can come for the registration process. Please contact your appointed CRM Manager for the detailed process.
