• What is the status of MNGL gas line? When can I have gas connection?

We are going to make necessary provisions for installation of the Natural Gas Pipeline.  But the installation decision and supply provision will be decided and operated by the MNGL (Government) only. Hence, we are unable to comment on the timelines at the moment.

• What is the status of Road access ?

The municipal corporation issues tenders for road construction, we constantly push them for a speedy process However, we are unable to comment on the timelines at the moment.

• I want to add second applicant/change name/change contact number on MSEB bill 

We can make only the primary applicant as per the registration documents for the MSEB application.
You can add a second applicant/change name/change contact number anytime at a later stage by contacting the MSEB office or through the option provided on the MSEDCl portal. 

• Fire Safety Pipes in lobby/ inside flats 

The fire fighting pipes are laid out in accordance with norms of the fire-fighting department. We are just following the regulations. It cannot be covered or concealed outside the flat because Fire NOC is part of acquiring OC.
This is designed in such a way that in case of fire, it helps the firefighters in a better way.
It is for YOUR own safety.
However, you can conceal the pipes inside the apartment with the approved material, such that they can be accessible easily whenever required or our customization team can help you with options.

• Fire Safety Pipes are visible in the Mock flat and not in Sample flats. 

The fire pipes are an integral part of safety norms as laid by the fire department since many years which all builders have to provide as a protocol due to increased cases of fire in recent days and lack of adherence to fire norms. None of the builders show this in the sample flat as it is now an absolute mandate for all upcoming projects be it residential or commercial.
